The first ever Winter Olympics to take place in Russia starts in the Black Sea resort of Sochi on the 7th February.
Taking place over 17 days, with 90 nations and 2500 athletes participating, you have the best mountain side view to see every success of these 22nd Winter games.
BBC Two and BBC Two HD will lead TV coverage of the action daily from 7am to 8pm.
The Opening Ceremony, will be live on BBC Two and BBC Two HD from 3.30pm on 7 February and will see more than 2,000 performers welcoming the world to Russia.
Clare Balding, Hazel Irvine and Jonathan Edwards will lead TV coverage of the action from Sochi. They’ll be joined by a world-class team of winter sports experts including 2010 gold medallist Amy Williams and former Olympians Graham Bell, Colin Bryce, Emma Carrick-Anderson, Robin Cousins, Jackie Lockhart and Wilf O’Reilly. Each will draw on their Winter Olympic experience to bring the most unique and insightful analysis to viewers.
In Sochi, skiers, skaters, sledders and snowboarders will entertain and dazzle while pushing their physical limits on snow and ice over the 17 days. The Olympic programme features a total of 98 events in seven sports, including 12 new events that will make their Olympic debut.
This year, the UK are tipped for a record medal haul, with Gold & Silver predicted in the female skeleton, along with medals in the curling, freestyle skiing and speed skating.

You can watch all of your favourite events on Freeview, where up to two red button streams will offer additional live content and highlights from Sochi.
For those with connected Smart TVs the BBC Sport app will off up to six live streams and highlights on demand.
Additionally, some newer TVs from Sony and Samsung will offer the BBCs all six live streams, and on-demand video will be available through the BBC’s Connected Red Button service.
All outdoor snow sport events, as well as the sliding events of bobsleigh, luge and skeleton, will be contested at the five different venues of the Games, which are all in close proximity above the colourful mountain village of Krasnaya Polyana and the Mzymta River.
Figure skating, which will be on display at the beautiful Iceberg Skating Palace, will be among the most anticipated sports – with the Russians and Canadians vying for the Gold medal positions in the mens individual figure skating .
All taking place on the 1121-metre Olympic piste of the Rosa Khutor Alpine Centre, the skiing will be among the showcase sports – whilst the snowboarding competitors creative tricks will guarantee exciting entertainment.
The Closing Ceremony will take place on the 23rd February and will be shown on on BBC Two and BBC Two HD at 4pm, where the Olympic flame will be extinguished in the Fisht Stadium.
